Approved Amendments to various Regulations pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) provided notification on January 16, 2026, that amendments to multiple regulations pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law were approved by the KGC. The approved amendments are regarding:

• Amendment to define Eligible Organization in:
• Regulations concerning Poker Rooms
• Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming
• Regulations concerning Raffles


• Amendment to change Schedules’ letters and add Schedules in:
• Regulations concerning Poker Rooms
• Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming
• Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices
   
• Amendment to update Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices – No feedback received throughout the extended 45-Day posting period.
