Notification of Proposed Draft Amendment to the Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received a request from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) to amend the Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on January 16, 2026, that the proposed amendment is to add Sections 321 to 325 after Section 320.

The purpose of this amendment is to have the role of ‘Approved Agent’ defined along with the functions being carried out on behalf of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
