Notification of Proposed Draft Amendments to 3 Regulations pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received a request from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission to amend three (3) Regulations pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on November 12, 2025, that the proposed amendments are in regard to:

• Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming, updated application forms, Schedules B (Business Entity) and C (Personal Information);
• Regulations concerning Poker Rooms, updated application forms, Schedules A (EGD Application), B (Business Entity), C (Personal Information), D (repealed and replaced by B), E (repealed and replaced by C), and J (Supplier Registration (EGD Supplier) newly added; as well as,
• Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices, updated application forms, Schedules A (EGD Application), B (Business Entity), C Personal Information), J (Supplier Registration (EGD Supplier) newly added, and K (EGD Location Suitability) newly added.
