Notification of Proposed Draft Amendments to 3 Regulations pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received a request from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission to amend 3 Regulations pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on Friday, October 10, 2025, that the proposed amendments are in regard to:

• Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming, Sections 9 (newly added), 240, 309 (c) and 370;
• Regulations concerning Poker Rooms, Sections 7 (newly added), 54(b), 55, and 173;
• Regulations concerning Raffles, Section 7; as well as,
• Adding a definition for, “Eligible Organization”, in each of the above-mentioned regulations.
