Tewatonhni'saktha Law
Synopsis: This Law was first enacted by MCR #09/199-2000 and later repealed and replaced into its current form by MCR #6/2005-2006 on June 6, 2005. This is a law respecting the establishment of an entity to identify, research, initiate and manage economic development opportunities and to facilitate and assist other economic development initiatives within the Territory. The Law provides for the creation of Tewatohnhi’saktha and a Board of Directors.
