Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Election Law
Synopsis: This Law was first enacted by MCR #147/1989-1990 on May 21, 1990 and later repealed and replaced into its current form by MCR#2/2009-2010 on March 16, 2009. This is a law respecting the nomination and duties of an Electoral Officer, the nomination, procedures, process and verification of a Kahnawake Mohawk Council Election. Forms pertaining to the Election procedures are contained within the Law.
