Proposed Amendments to the Regulations Concerning Electronic Gaming Devices

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received two notifications from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) to amend the Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices on June 3, and June 4, 2026, respectively:

• The creation of the following form: Application to be Appointed an Approved Agent, under Section 321 (No 30-Day posting is required but is posted to the KGC website)
• Amendments to Schedule "G" to include the addition of renewal amounts to the regulation and the corresponding Renewal Application Form (To be posted for 30-Day Feedback Period on the KGC Website)
