Town Dump Law
Synopsis: This Law was first enacted by SOR/77-500 on May 11, 1977 and later repealed and replaced into its current form on July 8, 1987. This is a law respecting access to the dump and transport of refuse. The Law provide for a Caretaker to have authority where dumping is allowed on the site.
